The model uses an individual’s clinical information to provide individualised estimates of likely achieved blood glucose control (HbA1c), weight change and early treatment discontinuation for DPP4-inhibitor and SGLT2-inhibitor therapy.

eGFR will be calculated from creatinine (and sex will be required) if a creatinine value is entered. If the derived eGFR is less than 45, model outputs will be generated fixing eGFR at 45.

Model Development
